What is this Closet time-capsule? You’d probably had read blogs or saw vlogs about it. Its about the key items that are must-haves in your closet. What Clothes and accessories that can stand the test of time.

I have been going through my closet quite a lot lately, maybe because I have an open closet now, so I see everything everyday. (go check my closet blog ) honestly it had been so revealing, probably something revolutionary for me (wow!!). Now I’m more cautious of what to buy and got to let go of the pieces that I haven’t worn but I have kept for the past years.

I am slowly building up a sustainable collection. Well I cant go minimalist (that will never be me) Right now I’m trying to buy more basic pieces and finding out what fits my body-well rather than going for the trendy. Trend will always be our focal point of buying but getting the basics down will surely make your wardrobe more workable for years and years. Infusing the trend with classics is one formula that no one can ever go wrong.

I’ve read this online somewhere and it made a lot of sense “buy now and wear them forever” I know we can all say that on an impulse-buy but its a process, it takes a lot of mistakes and regrets to be in a wardrobe peace. Yes there’s such a thing! (haha) but it doesn’t mean you wont have the urge to buy anymore. It will make you more sensible and practical (I could say) when it comes to purchasing.

White Shoes/Sneakers

these are my small collection of white sneakz.. just enough to make you be confuse which pair to use..hehe

I love that even when you get them dirty its just adding them more character. I clean them but not to the brim, I leave some skid marks and a bit of smudges here and there just to keep the used up look. which made it more cooler. ;)

My fave pair would have to be the Keds tennis collection, as it is low cut perfect to pair with dresses.

I have travelled so many countries with it. Just perf.

For the white sandals you really have to keep them clean unlike in white sneakers.

Very much falls on the category of timeless and versatile.

I’ve always want this pair of goldengoose…distressed looked that I want…and I think this style will never go out of style.

and also I wanna add some white strappy sandals.

KNITS

Have them in plain or prints, its always in style..

Its hibernating while its warmer season…then if it’s breezy season, this your game…

Vest

Get them in neutrals, so you can pair it with lots. It can be dressed-up or down according to your whim.

Denim Jacket

Simply never timed. Get yourself a classic denim jacket. I got two, one is oversized and one fits just right.

I highly recommend Levi’s for they really do have good quality denims. I got one when I went to SFO outlets, it is such a steal!..ÜÜ

I also got this soft denim from MANGO as you can layer this with another top or by itself, and does looks good with any bottoms (pants,skirts,shorts, name it) can you imagine….

White Button-Downs

Well these two shirts I have talked a tons in many of my past postings. ( A Game changer, I tell you) One must have it, at least get the long-sleeved one then just rolled up the sleeves if you want that more casual look. You can play with these tops more ways than you can imagine. These are just so essential.

Skirts

not everyone is fond of skirts. But I will include because skirts are staples and very workable in whatever style your into.

What I have here is not exactly basic but pleated skirt and satin skirt are just as basic as it gets coz they can easily be dressed up and down as well.Ü

Jeans

Honestly I couldn’t really say which pair is the best because we all come in different shapes. But I could say highwaisted pants/trouser/jeans is everybody’s best friend. (on most)

Now that low waist pants are making a come back, I dont think I can do low waist anymore but it does looked good on some girls.
